Contacted Shawn at Wm Masters for a quote on a new HVAC. Extremely professional and upfront with all my options and systems that would work in my home. Very easy to work with. The two technicians that installed the new AC and furnace were very professional. Arrived on time.....finished when they said they would be done.....cleaned up when complete. Once installed, the technicians took the time to walk through the new systems operation, and answered all my questions. Looking forward to working with them in the future and would highly recommend.
Mike came out the same day I called to do an estimate, and then he and Brad came out the next afternoon to install a bathtub and did the plumbing for it in our 1922 farmhouse. They were on time, courteous, answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and made appropriate suggestions to fit the need and budget, and installed it securely with no leaks. I have confidence in their work and would definitely hire them again. The end cost was close to the high end of the initial estimate Mike provided the day before, but that was expected with the complications remodeling old houses can bring. During the estimate, Mike was very up front about potential complications or cost of parts that could push us toward the higher end. Money well spent!
I felt as though he was discussing options with me as if it were his own home. Never once felt like I was being forced fed a good or service and never treated me like a dumb customer. Ballpark estimates were given if the work were postponed until they could get to it and he was not far off from the official value that came back.
We just got a new furnace, AC, humidifier, and air cleaner. Love the system. It is so quiet and comfortable. Shawn came to the house to give us an estimate and was so helpful. Luke and Josh did a great job putting it in and explaining everything. Both were very polite and careful. All this happened within a few days of me initially calling. We love Wm. Masters!
William Masters has been incredible to work with, especially Tory and Shaun. We have purchased a new air conditioner and furnace through them and have been thankful for their quick service calls when needed. They are honest and aren't just out to get your money, like a previous company we had used. We were told their was a problem, but William Masters came and showed us what was actually needed. You won't be disappointed!
Called for some semi emergency electric work. Had a planned meeting window and when a third party showed up early, the dispatchers rearranged and got someone there earlier than expected. They were unable to do the work in the needed time frame due to parts and availability but he did looks over the box with me and thoroughly discussed several options, one of which had not even crossed my mind.
