I scheduled routine maintenance on our heating system. I rarely have a day off during the week so I scheduled an appointment for one particular day that I did have off. I waited around all day to find out that they were too busy to keep my appointment. So even though I had an appointment, they couldn't keep their end of the bargain and actually come out after I waited around at home all day for them to come. Very disappointed in this customer service!

We've used Mike Williams for several years. They have always been flexible and prompt, and their service techs have always been professional. They are happy to walk through any issues they find and offer an exact price up front before doing any work. We're enrolled in their annual check-up program, and it's nice to know they'll reach out as the seasons change, inspect for free, and it's one less thing I have to worry about.

Bruce Kimler had help today in the form of Leigh from the Springfield office. Each were tremendous in their service and professionalism. Bruce has been to the house previously and is a joy to work with. I needed to have my water heater replaced, which was still under the extended warranty. I don't normally buy extended warranties, but am happy that my 5 year-old tank was covered. I highly recommend Bruce and Leigh!
