This is the second time my husband & I have used Sunkel Plumbing. The first was for an emergency plumbing issue a few months ago, and this time was for a non-emergent issue with one of the toilets in our home. Since we had had such a great, professional, friendly experience with Kevin on our emergency visit, my husband requested Kevin this time as well. From the time we called to make the appointment (end of business on Monday), to when our call was returned (first thing Tuesday morning), Kevin was at our house later the same day (Tuesday morning before 11am) - you never would have known this wasn't emergent with the fast response we had gotten! Again we experience friendly, efficient, curteous, experienced service, along with exact explanations of the issue, a breakdown of costs prior to & along the way, & potential other costs if the problem was more in-depth than it appeared. The job was completed in a very timely manner & just as before with our previous experience, we were very happy with the end result. We have some ideas for upgrades we want to eventually do in our home, & we will definitely be contacting Sunkel Plumbing again for those needs, as well as if we ever have an emergency again!
VERY FAST service!! I had an active leak that was steadily dripping in a wall within my house and called Sunkel plumbing, explaining it was an emergency. The owner of the business himself showed up within 20 minutes of my initial call and had the leak isolated and repaired within the hour!! Sunkel provided me with a very honest, professional service, charged only what was required to complete the repair. I HIGHLY recommend utilizing Sunkel for any plumbing issues you may have

Kevin & Dale were the plumbers sent to my home. They were very friendly and timely. I felt comfortable enough to leave them in my home so that I could go into work. They called when they were about done so that I could return home and they could show me what was fixed. They also let me know of another update they could fix which would improve the pressure in the house. They did not push this on me, but based off how he was able to explain and show it to me, I trusted his expertise and decided to make the improvement - I’m glad I did! They came out first thing the following morning with the correct parts and fixed it. They were efficient, friendly and very trustworthy. I would use Sunkel in the future each time I have any plumbing issues!
We have been using Sunkel Plumbing as our go-to plumber for many years. We continue to use them because we always receive good service. I was especially pleased with our service technician, Dale, and his assistant on this visit. They were very professional as well as friendly and courteous. They seemed to be very competent and were very patient in explaining the service to me. They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the service.
Jason has been onsite a number of times as well, providing expertise and assistance. The knowledge he provided about my Sentry system is greatly appreciated. Whether here in person, on the phone or through email Jason is often involved, ensuring things run smoothly for a good result.
I have had Sunkel Plumbing on speed dial lately. Dale replaced a split, leaking pipe behind my basement wall, replaced two aging water heaters that were on their last legs and is working a project to run gas lines to a pool heater and fire bowls. Dale explains in detail the options available to me, the work he will perform, and the cost. He then performs the work in a clean, professional and skilled manner.
