Similar to a prior review, I was unable to make a few following appointments due to uncontrollable circumstances, and I made them aware (of course they said they did not have it in their notes...) Then they need new record keepers. I did however, miss two without notifying them and this is because they made a mistake entering my number and I did not receive a reminder (which I agree is a courtesy). I called today to set up an appointment. Instead of being thankful that I was giving them my business and money, I was given an ultimatum. I was reminded that they keep track of our missed appointments for over a year and then I quote what i was told, " if you [I] miss one more then you [I] will be dismissed from the practice." No one called me or contacted me in any way to find out why these were missed. They want the customers to serve them and it should be the other way around.
This is what I have to say to people who think like this... you are providing the customer a service. We do not provide you a service.
Very friendly staff. Great for whole family including children. Very prompt. Works well with insurance.
For 44 years I had the same dentist. When Dr. Horenkamp retired, I knew I would be in good hands. But...there's always a little doubt during a transition. No way, Dr. Sylvester continues with the same great, personalized care. The hygeniests are still as good, as is the office staff. I live 80 miles away now, but I make the drive a couple times a year because of the great care.
My experience at Dr. Sylvester's clinic has always been fabulous . Dr Sylvester spends adequate amount of time with his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. In fact every single member of his team is polite and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend his practice
First off let me say, any response from the "Owner" as google review puts the other review response, says that this is partially my fault, then I want all to know... they are wrong as you will read in the following words.
This is a perfect example of companies getting to big to care about the customer. Companies like Sylvester Dental, do not need to put the customer first, because customer loss does not matter. This thinking is why I am going to another dentist office.
Now, I have an ultimatum, if another dentist office is made aware of this, then legal actions will be initiated. Thank for taking time to read this.
