Been using Dr. Randolf for years. Excellent dentist and great hygienists.
I've been going to Dr. Randolph's office for 13 years now. I'm from the Blo-No area however, up until almost 2 years ago I moved to Nashville, TN. Whenever I come home they always get me in on very short notice. Yesterday I got a cleaning and they recommended I go back to my orthodontist because my permanent retainer had broke. They offered to call them for me and 10 min later I was on my way there to get it replaced. The costumer service their office has is nothing short of exceptional. I will always be a loyal costumer!
Dr. Gregory Randolph has always been my daughters dentist. In 2013 she was only 16 years old and her father took her to see him and the bill was in his name. He did not pay that bill. My daughter is now 19 years old, in the National Guard, and supporting herself. When she tried to make an appointment to see Dr. Randolph, he refused to see her unless she paid the bill that her father did not. I can not believe that this practice is legal. How can she be held liable for a bill that was incurred when she was a minor and not legally old enough to be held responsible? My daughter serves this country and deserves to be treated with respect. She should not be held accountable for the ill deeds of her father! I believe all of Dr. Randolph's financial dealing should be investigated. I do not believe that this is the only occurrence of forceful and probable fraudulent billing in this practice.
Dr. Randolph is a great dentist. BUT his staff is horrible! Continual mishaps with appointments. Rude office and completely inept office manager. Lost information. Could care less if they keep your business. Finally after 9 years with him it is time to find my family of 5 a new dentist.
I've been a patient here for a couple years now. I've had nothing but a pleasurable experience each time I've came in. The hygienists that have worked with me are all fantastic and Dr. Gray is an absolute blast. The office has a very welcoming, warm atmosphere that is punctuated by the highly positive staff. I highly recommend them and I'm sure I'll be a patient for many years to come.
