Great service, super friendly staff. I highly recommend to anyone with teeth.
3 years ago, I went in for a root canal. The dentist who was there messed up and told me that he was going to need to do a surgical extraction and put in a bridge, which was going to cost twice as much as what was the original plan. Well, he didn't leave me with any options so I had to go through with it. They didn't offer me any kind of sedation. He kept stabbing the back of my mouth with anesthetic, but it wasn't numbing the tooth. I could feel the needle grinding against my bones as he dragged it in and out. Since this wasn't working, he randomly started stabbing around the tooth, laughing and saying, "This'll do it!" I was in agony just from that. Well, he had to cut into the bone and he was having a tough time with it. To make things more traumatic for me, he pulled me by the head with the pliers as he latched onto the tooth. Post op, he put me on 800mg of ibuprofen, which causes me to pee blood and lose my big toe nails. It got infected the next day. Within 3 days, one of the back teeth he ground down for the bridge became excruciatingly painful, and he said it needed a root canal. In spite of it being his fault that this previously perfect tooth needed a root canal because of the way he ground it, he charged me full price. 2 weeks after the root canal, he slapped on a bridge. My mouth was painful for all 2.5 years that the bridge was in my mouth. Finally, 3 months after just paying off the $5000 bill, the stupid thing broke. I went to a different dentist and he said that the dentist I saw should have never put a bridge on those teeth because there was too much force and it was only set up to fail. That dentist, Dr. Mo, is not there anymore. I don't know what the other one is like, but I don't trust the practice and I think even 1 star is too generous.
I've been seeing Dr. Barnabas for a few years and just love this office. The office staff is great, very friendly, always happy to see the patients and could not be more helpful. The dental staff is professional and courteous always putting you at ease and taking care to make the experience as painless as possible. Dr. Barnabas is knowledgeable and takes time to explain procedures and/or alternatives. Unlike some dental offices, you never feel like you've been left behind or forgotten about. They are efficient getting the patients in and out in good time, but never hesitate to take extra time to answer questions. I highly recommend this office to anyone of any age.
I made my appt on friday and got in the following tuesday for a wisdom tooth that desided to pop up causing pain. The lady that took my info to set me up for the appointment had some of the best customer service skills heard yet, she was very thorough.
Kenzie(sp?) was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to get my boyfriend seen as a new patient with no insurance for a severely infected wisdom tooth. The staff was so kind and genuinely seemed liked they cared about my boyfriend. Kenzie also worked with us to put a payment plan into place so this could get taken care of. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs dental care.
My visit was quick and i got xrays then we decided to extract. They knew how much to charge me with looking up my insurance so having the information upfront was great.
Everyone I encountered was friendly, I would highly recommend this dental facility to anyone.
