Food is always amazing. Try and go right before or after peek time as this place is slammed. They do a pretty good job at getting people in and out but everyone loves it so it stays busy!
Wonderful staff and service. Of course the food is good but I have special needs with what I eat and they are always pleased to accommodate me. I highly recommend them.
Good service is hard to come by more and more lately, but that is not a problem here. And the food is always good. The only thing I would drop them on is their bathroom. It was not up to their usual standards. But, all in all, great place.
The staff does their best, but this place is always crowded and the wait time can get stretched out. With the crowds, everything gets harder to enjoy. The store is packed, wall to wall. Getting in and out of the rest rooms is sometimes ridiculous. All in all, many many people enjoy this place, and the parking lot nearly always full. The servers have been great to get us precisely what we wish to eat, and yet suffice it to say this is not the best place to head if you are low carbing it. It's great comfort food to be sure, but not fine dining. Close to the interstate, and not terribly difficult to get in to, or out of...
Terrible service. Wait time is ridiculous even after my server encouraged me to order different food as the chicken takes too long. What? Even still here we sit....never coming back!
