The selection was great, but the exceptional customer service is what made my experience top notch. Brad Lange first helped my wife (girlfriend at the time) try on a large number of rings of all shapes and sizes and figure out what types of rings she loved. I returned several times after that and worked with Brad to pick out the perfect ring. Brad worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and didn't try to push me into something different or something out of my budget.
I lost the center stone of my wedding set while on vacation. Nervous of the claim process and finding a diamond just as good as the one I said "I do" with, I started down the path with Bremer Jewelry. One of the best decisions I've ever made! They treated me like family and kept assuring me the entire time. The ring sparkles like brand new with a center stone of the same great quality and clarity. Everything about my experience with Bremer was beyond what I could have ever imagined from the second I walked in the door. When my fiancé proposed he had given me his Mothers engagement ring and wedding band from her marriage with his father. We got instructions from her to make it our own. I had no idea how to make this happen, but the second I walked into Bremer I was greeted with smiles and they knew exactly where to start. Once the setting came in it only took 3 days to get my ring back! They placed the diamonds exactly how i wanted them and the end product was more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined! Kudos to David and the rest of the staff for always making me feel like the most important bride to be every time I come in. The communication was excellent through the whole process. Needless to say, we will definitely be return customers for any of our jeweler needs.

We came into the store searching for a stone for a setting. David the store manager sat down with us and went over everything with us. Before we got done he showed us a much better way of going about it (to make a long story short) we spent more money BUT it was a much better investment and I think I'm tons happier than I'd have been otherwise!! He wasn't pushy or a stereo typical salesman at all, which is what we appreciated the most!!
