Dr. Russell is extremely professional, an expert in his field and is very very likeable and laid back. I am a smoker and had coughing fits. Dr. Russell listened carefully to my story, asked pertinent questions and gave appropriate advise.
The wait times are not bad. The associate staff is very professional and friendly. The charges are very reasonable.
He has seen both of my kids and has been great with them --- but still very informative and professional with us as well. Both in general appointments and surgery, I have been extremely satisfied with his professional manner!

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful! However, the nurse was very unfriendly and seemed impatient as I explained my situation. I was unsatisfied with all three of my visits as well as my next steps to fix my reoccurring medical issue.
