Terrible experience overall. Clean facility and one of the nurses was super nice and informative, but that's the only positive aspect I can comment on. Terrible client service, complete lack of empathy on several management levels. Also very poor medical work up for basic fertility testing. Never ran some basic important blood work that evaluates fertility prognosis (AMH). I'm relieved to have gone elsewhere, I just wish I had done it sooner.
