My husband had Septoplasty, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Tonsillectomy & UPPP 3 years ago for recurrent sinusitis & Sleep Apnea. He no longer has Sleep apnea & has not had a sinus infection since!! I would strongly recommend Dr Amble for these surgeries!!!
I called to schedule an appt. For new patient and the lady that answered...completely unprofessional. She asked a variety of questions and when it came to picking a date...she chose for me. I told her this date would not work and she kept pushing for this date. Then put me on hold for a different lady to pick up and start asking the same questions all over again. I was getting furious and then she put me on hold. Then the first lady picked up and continued to push the same date again that I specifically said would not work. So she told me to talk to my boss and workout a date too come in. I replied with i have the same schedule every week, why would I need to speak to my boss. It continued to go down hill from here. I'm still attending the appt i made and hoping that things are better once there. Soooooo very rude and unprofessional!!!!!
I am only rating this based on my experience with the receptionist that I spoke with, but because of her unprofessional manner, I have scheduled an appointment elsewhere. I would've been a new patient here, but about 4 times during our conversation, she put me on hold with no notice other than, "just a minute" and then hold music. And every time she came back on, she asked if I was still there. Really? It was like she didn't want to talk to me or help me. She seemed as if she didn't care about my issue at all or about helping me get an appointment that worked for me. Sorry, but because of that I went elsewhere. First impressions are huge if you ask me!
Excellent care received by Dr. Amble and his staff. Very carrying and compassionate team. Very thankful our paths crossed for my medical needs.
Giving 5 stars with the hope that others will see this post and GO TO A DIFFERENT DR. Dr. Amble has to be one of the WORST Dr.'s I've ever been to. Had problems with my right ear. Went in for another office visit and he kept looking in my left ear and told me there was nothing he could do for me. IT WAS MY RIGHT EAR. I told him this and he just walked out of the room. I WOULD NOT recommend him at all.
