Great place handicap accessible inside and outside friendly staff, customer services such as western union, money gram, bill pay, as well as ATM and on site bank to add a few more perks grocery pick up ,auto shop, tires and oil change service . The big plus I work there
I mean it's Walmart...
We just had an incident at this wal mart where a bag was left behind and went back to the register where the cashier told us she didn’t have one, talked to customer service who looked for it and then told us the cashier said we didn’t leave anything behind so we had to go around the store and get the $50+ worth of merchandise that was lost. Thankfully they aren’t making us pay again, but they didn’t hesitate to say it wasn’t their fault. We were treated poorly by all staff involved.
They always have everything we want. Id give it a 4 if it weren't for how great their new order online grocery service is. a 4 is because inside the lines are way too long and only half of the lines are even open. 5 is because the order and pick up is flawless!
Worst car services at bloomington store. I went early in the morning to get a new battery for my car. The service guy told me that they were so busy I have to wait an hour an half. I look over and they had only one car and one person there. Please if you advertise that you open at 7am at least put more people to handle the clients. Turned around and i went to wallmart in normal. Service very Good! What a difference!
Typically my least favorite part about going to Walmart is having to go IN to Walmart. Luckily with the wonderful new pick up option I can get the prices and selection of buying from Walmart without having to leave my car- more importantly I don't have to enter that God-forsaken place
I have used the pickup service here every week since it came to this store and I have had great experiences every time with one exception. For some reason the app would not let me "check in" even though it was well into my pickup time. I went into the store to ask someone why it wasn't working and it seems the non of the "regular' Walmart employees have any idea how the pick up side of the store functions. They gave me some bad advice that cost me about 15 minutes of waiting for a supervisor, but long story short, I got my stuff and I haven't had an issue since.
