Women's department in shambles. Jean walls completely disheveled and not organized by size. Rudest most argumentative cashier I've ever experienced at any retail store. Save yourself the headache and shop online. Would give this Kohl's zero stars if I could.
I needed help in the intimate department. Gail, was an exceptional employee. (I was there between noon and 3pm 7.30.17) She not only helped me look but went to the stock room to see if there were any packages with my size.
Love Kohl's. They always have a ton to choose from at good prices. It's where I go when I need something now and don't want to go to more than one store. They also make it easy to order online and get it in the store, and have always offered to check other stores if I can't find my size in a particular style. They lose one star because sometimes racks are really a mess. However, it's still my go-to store.
