I recently experienced fraud on my PNC checking account. I had to travel the morning after it was discovered, but was able to stop in Bloomington, IL at PNC bank on West Market Street. There, Jennifer Burleson assisted me. Jennifer was so kind, and worked efficiently so I could continue on my travels with much less anxiety. I believe Jennifer is quite a valuable asset to PNC Bank and I will long remember her caring attitude as she assisted me. Thank you Jennifer!!
