Fast bank and helpful
My first bank in US. Staff is really good and helpful.
Today (Monday) I had banking business and drove to the Oakland site in Bloomington, IL. There was a sign on the door saying, "Due to an emergency this branch was closed". Since I thought this was an event only occurring at this branch, I drove 15 min to the other branch. The lobby was open, the staff was wonderful, but informed me that the Internet was down and it was a "Chase wide" problem. How nice it would have been if the facility on Oakland had been as considerate to their customers, which would have saved me a great deal of wasted time.
We have came 2 weeks in a row to talk to a banker, wrote our name down on the clipboard to wait our turn to talk to a banker. People even come in after us and our name has been skipped both weeks after sitting there for at least 30 minutes waiting so we end up walking out. The first time we came, we waited and waited, a lady came and got multiple people whos names were after us when it was obvious our names were the next ones to be called. The second time a gentleman came about 15 minutes after us and our name once again was skipped after us waiting for quite a while. I do not recommend this branch to anyone and we will not be returning.
One of the worst place for banking. No one even cares about customer satisfaction. Always takes one hour for a 5 min work.
