Love the people very kind and very helpful
I have been doing into this this location for a while now. Don the owner is a very genuine and helpful person, he is knowledgeable and has a few tricks up his sleeve to get your phone to act right. He also helps to get your contacts and pictures moved to a new phone and sets everything up for you, so you leave the store with a working device.
This is the best Boost store that I've been to. They always have the phones in stock and provide the best service in town. Always friendly and they know what they are doing. They also have the most accessories and cases for all the phones. If they don't have an accessory, they will order it and it is there in a few days. Do not be fooled by the other Boost stores. I've been to the other stores on the west side of town that only cared about selling me a phone that I didn't want or an accessory that I didn't need.
I was never told at this store that you may upgrade your phone after 4 months until I moved from the area. I always bought a new one out right. I feel this store cared more for profit than customer care.
