This place doesn't even get a Star! We have had nothing but trouble with our payments being lost and then being threatened with our property being sold because they didn't receive payment. Recently my husband has suspected someone was breaking into our unit! Well today it was CONFIRMED! They have broken in and stole my husband's vintage Motabacan bike! We now aren't sure what else may have been stolen. Other units had been noticeably broken into as well.
Garbage everywhere! People sleeping inside locked gate. Lockers broken into.
My phone calls have never been returned by the owner/manager, ever. There were break-ins and attempted break-ins to units. They finally changed the gate code but never informed me by phone, email, or text... by any means, and I could not enter to get to my storage unit. When I went to Wilson Cycle, in person, he gave me the new code for the gate. Then I went to my unit and found it ransacked and robbed. The door had been pryed open, so the quality of lock did not stop them.
