Waited for an employee to finish a lengthy personal conversation in order to get out flooring quote papers. As we are checking out a cashier decides to rudely complain how military members pull out their ID's after she scans items. We were not asked for our ID, so we gave it as we were pulling out our credit card. She told us it was ridiculous that she had to go back and change the amount due for a small discount. I'm truly glad this store decides to openly disrespect it's military members. You can keep our $35 for the flooring quote papers we will take our business somewhere else that treats us better. It took everything for my husband and I to smile and stay polite as we heard her rant. If you want our ID at the beginning please tell us, or such as any other store even on a military base, we will get our ID out as we get our money out as well.

Always helpful! Everyone has had great suggestions when asked! Helped with many a project, and super nice that they have "order online, pick up in store" so that i can grab needed items quick on my lunch break!

It was in the store today looking at making a special order for flooring and Jake, the sales associate was wonderful from a customer service perspective! Outside of that I made a couple of small purchases and was able to apply my veteran's discount. Thank you lows for supporting our troops!

While I've been happy with this store for years, I recently had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. To make a long story short, I had been having trouble with one of the subcontractors they use, H&H Custom Counters out of Chicago. I'd spent several months getting the run around from H&H so I finally turned to Lowe's for help. They tried to contact H&H a couple of times on my behalf but I eventually learned that I'm not the only customer that has had this experience w/ H&H. I can't understand why Lowe's would continue to do business with them knowing that they don't take care of their clients or stand behind their work. If someone spends thousands of dollars on custom counter tops, it should be installed by a company that has excellent customer service not a company that is known to turn their back on the consumer after they've taken their money.
