Had what I needed. Front end people very pleasant. U needed fencing supplies. Didn't see any dales people and that aisle was a mess with merchandise laying all over.
I took my car in for a simple tire rotation and balance. They told me it would take about 45 minutes, 37 minutes later they called me back to tell me that they didn't want to cause they thought I needed to replace my shocks, struts, and tie rod ends. I personally replaced shocks and know they are good. I'm not a certified mechanic but I have taken enough classes and could be if I wanted to so I don't take maintenance lightly. All I wanted was one simple routine done and they wanted more. Not sure they are even ASE certified themselves but they obviously don't want to make just a little bit of money, they try to soak you for anything. I will never go to them again
Showed up to my tire replacement 10 min early . They didn't get into the garage about an hour of waiting. I'm not sure if this is commonplace as it's my first time here. The waiting room is spacious and very accommodating. With a keurig coffee maker ample seating,free WiFi ,basic cable.
