I walked in and was jumped on like a car sales lot I told them I'm just looking but they kept flowing me I walked out and will never go back way to high pressure
Wanted to buy chair displayed on the floor. Salesperson said they were out and we couldn't have that one. Price doubled if ordered. Last time we will shop there!
Terrible customer service and sales process. We have been to this store twice but will not return. The sales lady that was assisting us did anything but help. We were looking at custom designing a sectional but she would not even give us pricing ranges unless we spend the time to pick the exact fabric. My wife and I tried to explain that we wanted to know just a ballpark area of what we are talking about but she was unwilling to help. She was rude and not helpful at all. This was our second attempt at purchasing something from this store and the first time didn't go much better. We were trying to purchase two recliners earlier this year and the same sales lady was there to assist us. She was just as difficult to deal with then. We ended up buying the exact same recliners at a different store and saved over $500. We will never be back to this store as it has shown to be nothing but a waste. I would drive to Peoria before spending a dime in this store.
Brian was my sales person. I was in the market for a leather recliner. He showed me a recliner on sale for $980, total price $1180. It was in brown. I asked for the price in blue. I was told it would be $1780, total price. When I went back the next day to purchase it, Brian told me that he had priced the wrong recliner. It was now to be $2180. I told him no. He then said he'd give me a deal and reduce the price by $200. However, when we began choosing the leather, it was a lower grade. I walked out!! I found the same recliner at Wright's in Pontiac at a lower price and no $70 delivery charge or no push to spend $100 for leather protection. Brian was either baiting and switching or just inept. I will never go back to Lazy Boy in Bloomington.
Stopped by today with high hopes. We were hoping to redo the entire living room I like quality and believe in spending a little more now to stop me from spending again later. I spent 25 minutes walking around, sitting on furniture, and saying hi to one of the sales staff. She was nice enough to give me a nod and go back to her computer. The other 2 didn't even look up when I walked past. Really too bad I couldn't do business with them but I guess being the only customer in the store they were just too busy for my money.
