Do your research first so you don't fall for their misinformation like I did! After a long day of shopping, my brain was fried, so when I saw the "(up to) $200 off sign" on the iPhone 8, I inquired to the person handing out the flyers (an employee) what qualifications were needed for $200 off. She told me that basically everyone qualifies for that today. (Big Lie number 1.) I went inside and asked for a quote on what I would pay monthly for a new ATT iPhone 8. The employee (who I believe was named Luci) quoted me $21.66 a month. I verified that was for a 24 month contract and she said yes. I did the calculation and verified, so that would be $519.84 total for the iPhone 8 with their deal? She told me yes. (Big Lie number 2.) She said it was an amazing deal and for today only. Now, I was not planning on buying an iPhone today and had been researching various phones, so I could not remember the exact price of the iPhone 8 (64gB.) I should have looked it up again and I would have avoided this mess. But alas, I was not thinking as it was late afternoon on Black Friday and I was tired. I met with Brad to go through the process to activate and purchase the phone. Brad was excellent and explained ATT's current promotion to myself AND my sister in law on the phone (my SIL and I share a cell phone plan so she would be he one utilizing the free phone deal.) He did say, however, that it was such a great deal because the iPhone 8 is basically an $800 phone. Because of that, $800 was the number in my head. (Please note it is NOT an $800 phone, it is a $700 phone. Which is important.) As he told me the monthly rate of $21.66, he says it is for 30-months, not 24. So my deal is looking less like a good deal. We correct it to the 24 month plan and it is $27, making the phone $650. So in my mind I am thinking a $150 savings. So not what I was initially told (and I pointed this out), but not a bad deal. Never at any time was a corrected that I was only saving $50. Never was I shown paperwork with these figures on them (I did receive paperwork, but after I paid.) Imagine my surprise when I get home and discovered that my savings was only $50, not $150. Well played, Best Buy. I was a sucker. I would not have bought the phone today for a $50 savings. Sams club had a better offer today for $100 and I believe that even Apple was having a better offer on Monday as will many other places. Yes, this could have been avoided if I did not listen to or trust the Best Buy employees and did all my calculations first. But it was a moment of weakness and I have learned my lesson! Now I wonder if I over paid taxes on the phone as the receipt does not show the amount I paid taxes on!

Worst customer service ever!!! Went to do some holiday shopping, I was racially profiled. The manager was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I won't be back... Best Buy Member and credit card holder since 2009

We worked with the Manager, she had recently been promoted. She was extremely patience with our 4 year old daughter. She laid everything out for us and even answered my husbands silly questions without getting frustrated. She was extremely knowledgeable and we left the store more than happy. We will return anytime we have questions and look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you very much!

If i could rate it zero I would have, never going into this establishment. MANAGER was a total tool. He gave me additude, was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. I don't know what his problem was, he basically took the product out of my hand didn't let me buy it. I am totally disappointed with the service, if it can be called that. I rarely go into best buy but after this experience I will take my money elsewhere. I will be letting my friends, family and associates know of my experience.

The reason I gave them 2 stars is because they clearly didn't know what they were doing. It was two employees there working and they were helpful to my questions, but when I went to purchase the phones is when things went downhill. Instead of the experienced employee signing me up, he handed what I needed to the new guy that wound up taking 2.5 hours to complete my simple transaction! He had to run my credit twice (that I know of) because he messed up the first transaction. We then had to call AT&T and I had to give them permission to work with him to fix what he did. It was just a long drawn out thing. I had to cancel all my other plans for that day for this one thing.
