Brutal customer service yet again. 2 times in 1 month. Bought an apple watch3. Was told it was $5/Mo and it streams music. Was $10 and they neglected to tell me that it only streams if you pay for Apple music. Fail #1. Bought a TV online for store pick up. Purchase didn't go onto rewards account. Got told I have to call myself and get them transferred over. I'm literally standing in a best buy store and they are telling me they can't help me and even if I do get them transferred over they might not show up for a month. Guess when you're as big as they are you don't need customer service.
We needed to upgrade our 5 year old phones. Came to Best Buy where the staff was super friendly and worked hard to get us phones that would serve our needs without breaking the bank. It's refreshing that they weren't trying to push the latest & greatest technology, but listened thoughtfully to our wants and needs and matched us with great phones. Highly recommended if you need a new phone and don't want the pressure sales tactics of a carrier's store.
Like many retail stores, associate knowledge can be hit or miss. However at this location their employees were very knowledgeable about the TV I was going to purchase. Best Buy was running great deals and I got a great tv for an even better price
Was very disappointed! We use to support that place. We will never go back again. We walked in there were about 30 employees standing in 3 sections not one of them came over to see if we needed help. By the looks of the store Best Buy has just become a bigger cell phone store. It's a shame, we use to enjoy coming to town and going to Best Buy. Never again!
When I want/need something, I want it now. I went to Best Buy to pick up ext CD drive. Asked associate where to find, she walked me over and then questioned type of computer and then discussed options even pointing out mid version/price on sale. Also looked at other items each time with this or other associates helping me to find. All around great service and experience. We need to support local stores or they'll all close!
