Hello and good day Monday morning spoke with Steve on the phone and he answered many of my questions about the van i called to see and buy. Steve was so nice with me and my wife i was very impressed. Gave me a great fair market price on our trade in and i was happy overall. Steve really made my day. And with in less than an hour with keys in hand and headed of home with our new car. I Thank all the workers and Thank you Steve again from our family, i would highly recommend anyone to purchase an new car from them.
I just picked up my car from Perfection and am thoroughly impressed! My vehicle literally looks, smells and feels brand new! They did an awesome job and are an extremely polite group and it's been a pleasure doing business with them! I will definitely be returning! :)
Love this place. Never experienced car buying being so simple before. Even with an issue within the first day, they fixed it with no hassle, and for free.
I posted a bad review a few weeks ago concerning an Explorer that my daughter & son in law bought several months ago. The owner, Glen, saw the review and contacted my daughter. He wasn't aware of the issues and between him and Wyatt they not only fixed every issue but they also replaced some tires. Super great people to do everything they did to fix the issues and put her and her children in a reliable vehicle!
I dealt with Chuck. He was a nice and professional and willing to work with me. He answered any and all questions I had and even stayed late on a Saturday as I was coming from out of town to purchase a vehicle. Great price for the vehicle I chose. Was honest about any mechanical things with the truck. Will deal with perfection auto and chuck again if I need another vehicle again.
