It's honestly a disgrace.
The service use to be quick with super friendly staff. I don't know what happened but most everyone I encounter now is rude and they hardly ever get my order right. It's a shame considering I've been going there for over a year now.

We go here almost every single morning. The employees and management are very friendly and always greet us with a smile and calling us by name. While in the store I find this is NOT isolated to just us as they greet all customers with a big smile and if they know their names always call them by name. The donuts are always fresh and coffee and tea are delicious. There is no question in my mind this location is superior in every way over the main street location. If you skip coming here it is your loss.
