Our non-profit animal rescue group has worked with Hawthorne a few times in the past. During those times, it is obvious that the dogs received good care and the staff had their best interest in mind. We have taken in pets from them that have had major surgeries and each time, the pets came to us in good condition, fully vaccinated, and altered. We appreciate them going above and beyond for the pets and for working with rescues when they have animals that need placement.
Park is correct going there was a romp in the play yard very rude unprofessional very low knowledge on basic things,dropped the care of my pup because they forgot us ( they admitted it)misdiagnosed 3 times,Tim hides instead of communicating,the only people who like them has got to be people like them.think twice
I would never use any other clinic. The techs and doctors here are top shelf. And our groomer could not be any more perfect. Do not listen to any negatives. There just is no better place to take your beloved pet.
Very friendly, have vet services, boarding and grooming. All great.
Very disappointed in this vet and their business practices. While boarding our dog, he got cut on the nose causing it bleed and caused damaged. They refused to tell how it happened. On another visit, they suggested that we put down our 4 year old dog after we spent $400 on shots. There are many other vets in town that seem to care more about the animals. Know many people that refuse to take their animals here after bad experiences. Just very disappointed.
