They had clear, understandable answers to my questions. The employees helped me find the most supportive shoe after carefully measuring my foot. I was given individual care and the employees voluntarily water-proofed and odor-sprayed my shoes before purchase. Both of the demonstrated products were purchased. I was pleasantly surprised when the employee named Rhett put the shoes on and laced them for me. I was very impressed with the service, and I walked out the door with my new favorite pair of Converse!
