Roads need fixed yards need cleaned
Lived here so far 12 years of my 17 year life its a good place but needs better management and upkeep is horrible and lengthy its a good place to live if you have lowish income. Lots of my friends have moved to other places so It could use more things to do rn the things to do are swing, play bball, play soccer without goals and walk around the neighborhood.
Went pick up a porch swing...It's clean looks way better than it did in the 70s...Roads need a little tlc ..other than that...Way better than most ...
Pretty good place to live. I've lived here for over ten years. Safe--only minor crime incidents & rare. Prices are pretty much the same rate as other rentals in town. It's only bad living here when different managers or maintenance workers are here. Currently, Vickie & Dino are awesome!
