This a great facility for a number of types of functions. You really feel the history of this building while enjoying its charm and beauty. Great for wedding or gathering of any sort.
Great park with nice walking paths
The cost was low, $700 + $150 deposit for the whole building, except the basement. They provided all the tables & chairs at no extra charge. They don't have catering, but they do have a kitchenette. We didn't want in-house catering, so it was perfect for us. They have partitions to close off the kitchen area. They provided all the tables & chairs. They do have some strict rules: no open flames, no alcohol (due to the possibility of children at the park), and you have to set up the day of the wedding unless you rent it the day before as well. We loved it!
Been here for two large wedding receptions, great place and unique atmosphere both relaxing and casually social. Views of the lake add an expensive layer of class. Events really need warm weather to make the best time here but inside is accommodating enough otherwise.
