My sandwich and drink took 25 minutes to get to me. I asked if there was a straw in the bag and he said I don’t know proably. There was no straw in the bag. I called the manager and he was rude to me. I will not be going back to this jimmy Johns again.

I was at the store on center Street and was impressed by the cleanliness. The cashier was nice and the sandwich was good.
We have stopped here many times in the past. Today was a long wait and the order was still not right.
I ordered a beach club, #12 no mayo. We are traveling so ate in my car, opened my sandwich, took a bite, thought something is missing, looked inside my sandwich, no turkey! Huge disappointment! I don't know how you could forget the turkey?!
Just need to bring back salt & Pepper and yellow american cheese. Lol - Great company and awesome local owner.
