I went in to get a one all over haircut and when I got home I had spots all over where the stylist didn't get. Very disappointed how it turned out. When I went to pay she was rude and made smart remarks how it was over a year since I last been there. The only reason I gave this place a one star review was because it doesn't go lower.
Took 8 year old son to get hair cut. Hair stylist was completely unprofessional and impersonal. I wanted to pull him out of the chair from the time he sat down. The stylist very rough cutting his hair, leaving him in tears when we left. I went back in to address the stylist and asked for a manager. The manager did not seem to care. The stylist said to my eight year old, "sir I'm sorry you felt that way." Will never go back and don't suggest anyone else do the same either. My son gets his hair cut every couple weeks and has never complained of it "hurting." I have never reviewed a business before today, but sure wish I had been forewarned.
Spent $96 and 3 hours for someone to highlite and trim my hair. Caramel color is apparently blonde for some people. The worst part? The top of my head is a lot lighter than the bottom.... and I didn't even ask for an ombre. Called them 3 times today around 2PM and nobody answered. Complained to corporate.
Hair stylist was very professional and sweet. I gave her a great tip. My issue is the blonde manager. As my hair was being bleached (no easy task I know) she made Snyde remarks the entire time and laughed AT me. Treated me like an inconvenience. I will be driving an hour to my old salon to have them do my hair where I feel comfortable. Grow up and act professional. My hair stylist just lost a client because of the managerial treatment. I've been going there since I moved to bloomington.
My girlfriend went there yesterday, and had a terrible experience. High lights left in to long, part of hair is white when she wanted carmel. We should have looked at the reviews first. She will not be going back.
Once again thank you to the kind hair stylist, you did great. Unfortunately one star because a manager should be welcoming and have her stylists make customers not loose.
