The installers arrived in time on the first. They installed 2 Windows before rain stopped. They arrived early the next day an installed the remaing 7 Windows by early afternoon. They left absolutely no mess. The pickcked up all remnants and hauled the old Windows. On window arrived broken. They temporarily installed the window. The new windosash arrived two days later. It took the installer less than five minutes to exchange the new sash. The four-man crew did a professional job from start to finish. The quality of the Windows are excellent. I would highly recommend Paella Windows. Other local window companies we compared estimated the cost anywher from $200.00 to $350 dollars more.

The best team of installers you could ask for: Gary, Mike and Cody just left after a week of working to install the Pella Architect Series in our whole house replacing our 47 year old windows with beautiful new Pella Windows. They were thoughtful, clean up was spot on and they were pleasant, knowledgeable, and careful.

Originally ordered from Pella earlier in the year for a home renovation. We worked with Chris P. and it went fine. About two weeks ago we decided we needed an additional window for a location that was going to have a door, and so my husband called him. Chris was gone and told my husband that he would contact him when he was back. It took some time for him to return the call. Today I went in and the second I walked in, he wanted to pass me to the gentlemen behind him. I stated that he was working with us and he commented how my husband was asked to call Chris while at the house. He instantly put the blame on my husband and said that he failed to contact him. He also commented that he was super busy and couldn't measure. I said that was fine and that we could measure the window. Next question was if our installer was available to measure.. I said yes. He stated that he would be happy to talk with him to make sure the window was measured correctly. I looked at him and said that was fine. He then felt it necessary to comment that he didn't know if I would have the ability to do it. I found Chris to be extremely condescending to me. I felt as if it's because I'm

a woman. I am by no means a feminist, but I also speak two languages, have run a business, have raised four children and I do not appreciate his undermining tone. I will say that when I got home, he called to state that if we were adding to the same size as another window in our previous order, he could do that. I commented how he made me feel, and that we will NOT be working with him, or this particular branch again. He said he did not mean to make me feel that way, it was just that I caught him off guard.

These are the most knowledgeable window salesman in town. They are really out for the customer. It's refreshing.

Nothing wrong with the windows but DO NOT expect them to come into your house and respect your belongings or to do the most basic of picking up after themselves. Took me three and half hours after they had come out to clean up my house. Mud everywhere! What I can only hope was spray in insulatoon/glue on all door knobs that they used. They did nothing to try and vacuum up the dust or remove debris that was all over the place. Will never use them again.
