Terrible communication. I called them up about a piece of equipment and was told they wold call back in a few minutes. An hour later I called and polity said I never received a call back, the guy apologized and was told they would call back in 10 minutes. Of course... he didn't call back either. Thanks for wasting my time Doug and Steve. If you can't get a price for me let me know.
