I thought the first time was a fluke, but for the second time I have received flowers from Beck's and after only 4 days they were wilted and dying. $75 for roses that are dead after 4 days is just horrible. I will never order from there and hope to never receive flowers from there again.
The very first question I was asked was....name on the credit-card being used. It went downhill from there. Never heard a please or thank you. Then the final product (at a price of $48) was pitiful at best. I was embarrassed to have my name attached to it. I don't mind spending money for nice arrangements but I was extremely disappointed in my entire interaction with this company.
I recieved a beautiful arrangement of 22 roses in the shape of a heart for Valentine's day. Woke up the day after receiving them and 9 were already dead. My husband called the next day to express his disappointment and was only offered a discount off his next purchase. Why would we want to order another arrangement when flowers died in under 24 hours?
Ordered a gorgeous bright, sunny spring arrangement called Floral Embrace for my mom's Mother's Day gift to be delivered on Mother's Day via 1.800.Flowers. Picked the arrangement and date off the calendar via what was available in the ZIP code. My mom received a dark, gloomy arrangement with no sunflowers the day before mother's day. I spent $70 on this eyesore after combing 3 large retailers for the perfect piece for my mom. When I called to inquire what happened, the owner snapped at me. She said 1.800.Flowers knows they aren't open on Mother's Day. When I got home and logged onto Beck's Family Florist website (Saturday evening when they're closed), it says, "SEND NOW" Same Day Delivery For Mother's Day Flowers. I have no explanation as to why it doesn't resemble Floral Embrace. I wish I could post a picture, as it is almost laughable.
Ordered flowers for my sister from Beck's for her birthday! I live out of state so I looked for good reviews and the best price. The bouquet was beautiful! So happy with my order!
