Tyler the technician and Tammy's brother were on time, efficient with their time, and explained what they were doing. They caught a leak in my skimmer line, along with rusted heater bolts caused by an ineffective closing by a previous pool company. They referred me to Backyard Pool and Spa to fix the line problem. I feel like my pool is finally in good hands. Until my skimmer line is fixed, Tyler told me that I am not to use all my opening chemicals, which saves me money. The previous company would have dumped in all the chemicals and overcharged me. Except for the skimmer line, my pool looks okay.
