Being in the automotive industry for many years in the past, it's hard to find a repair facility you can trust. I think I've found it :) These guys are great! People you can trust, knowledgeable, and competitive prices.

I was on my lunch break and just asked if the tire check was something they could do in an hour—they said they wouldn't want to put me in a time crunch and it would be best to come back the next day, but they offered to fill up my flat tire for free and were very kind and informative on what was likely the problem. There was no doubt in my mind I would be coming back the next day.

I drive about 2000 miles a month for work & pleasure, so my car is very important. My check engine light went on and my banker recommended Palmer. I am so thankful for that recommendation! Brian was very friendly and professional. He got me in right away and diagnosed the problem. Once he evaluated the car, he sat down with me to explain what was going on & itemized the pricing. I trusted his opinion and had the repairs done that day. I will definitely use Palmer again. I'm so grateful to have found a place like this. I highly recommend Palmer!
Had a flat tire. While other tire shops asked for appointments and an hour and half to fix., I have mine fixed here pretty fast. I was in and out in 10 mins.
With the change in weather I had been having trouble with my tires holding air and had been having to fill them up quite a few times over the last couple weeks. After noticing *another* flat, I drove to the closest Tire & Auto shop I saw. I am so grateful it was Palmer!
Brought the car in this morning and the service was just fantastic, quick and informative! I was also very pleased with the price because they ended up having to replace one of my tires and I was worried about what the final cost would be, but it was quite reasonable!
