These wonderful people were just that. They kept me up to date, informed and were so helpful. They even refunded what I paid to have the car shipped because there was a glitch and the title wasn't there when I went to test drive it and purchase it. $449 back for a few days inconvenience. This is where I will go next time I buy a car.
I know I will not shop at CarMax ever again! I give them the 2 middle fingers!!!!!
When, I was walking through the building leaving, my friend told me that "nobody" greeted her, she sat at a table for 30 minutes not one salesperson said Hello! how are you doing? Can we help you?
Friendliness is definitely a five star. The amount offered for our trade was extremely low, so we purchased elsewhere! (Their offer was more of what we expected.)
I went to CarMax 08/19/2017, at approximately 2:00 p.m. me and my friend. She said " because it was hot she was going in to sit down in the cool air". I was on the lot for at least 30 minutes and not 1 salesperson came outside and asked me for help or how are you doing,? let me know if I can help you etc.. for 30 minutes. I was pissed off!
I had the absolute best experience here! This CarMax has one of the most amazing, caring, considered, truthful, and down to earth staff I've ever had the pleasure of associating with! They work with you in every way to make your car buying experience as swift and enjoyable as possible; I definitely recommend getting a car from here! If it was possible I would give them a 6 star rating instead of five that's how good they are; they most certainly exceeded my expectations!
Best car buying experience ever! I hadn't purchased a car in 7 years and really dreaded it. But we did all of our shopping on-line and searched across the country via their website. The website has everything about the car including its history. Then, when we found one in another city, had it transferred for free to Bloomington! I purchased it and decided in 24 hrs that I did not like it. No problem! They transferred ANOTHER vehicle in and traded it out without any questions or problems. They even allowed me to drive the 1st one until I had the replacement, within a week, and I am so happy! Staff was always very friendly and helpful! I would recommend Carmax to just about anyone! Thank you!
